While I love the early signs of spring here in the south, there is usually a price to be paid. Just today a tornado ripped through northern Alabama and left a path of destruction, including damage to a state prison. Our prayers are with those affected by this storm.

Yes, welcome to springtime in the south. Our oldest is waiting to hear of any damage to their properties they manage in Huntsville. Could be a busy weekend.
OMGOSH-What a mess! We saw this on the news and my heart just aches for those that are experiencing this kind of life altering event. Blessings to everyone there- xo Diana
Wow! I just checked in with family members around Huntsville and Harvest. All are safe and sound!
Stay safe.
I know, I thought the same thing with this early outbreak of tornadoes. Not again! It is so scary. I think to myself, where will it hit next? We had to ride out the storm last night and then see the news where some homes were flattened in nearby counties. What's bad is this is just the beginning of the season too.
It is so scary when these big storms are headed right at us and all you can do is just pray and watch the timeline. Thank God the tornado that killed a man in Jackson's Gap stayed just North of us.
You asked about OBA - left @ McD's on 280 - 2 blocks on left - shares a parking lot with RBC Bank.
Take care -
Rhonda
So sorry to hear about this ... glad that you all are okay! Prayers to all of those who had to go through it!
I couldn't believe this either, Glad you're ok. Soon they will start calling Alabama tornado alley. So sad for so many.
