Only 3 more days until the official start of the 2011 football season on the Plains and I can’t wait! We are the reigning National Champions and we’re stoked this season to see our Tigers in action. And just in case you want to know who my favorite team is……

WAR EAGLE my friend!!! Getting excited...just found out tonight that we got some tickets for the Auburn vs. FL. game at face value...that was some good news...thought we were going to pay twice that much for some. My daughter and six of her friends are coming down to the coast after the game Sat. and we are having our tailgate at our house instead of on campus...should be lots of fun...making some homemade ice cream and some AUBURN dogs...going to watch the LSU vs. Oregon game..wonder how that we go:)

I am "that" Yankee friend and even though I moved south 5 years ago, I am PSU (Penn State) blue and white all the way. Lived there, worked there and loyal to Joe Pa. But I am excited for football season, I LOVE the atmosphere that football and Fall bring. Yeah!
Would it be rude to say Go State...as in Mississippi State? I think as long as they're not playing Auburn it's okay, don't you? State plays their opening game tonight in Memphis. GO STATE!
I love football season ... best of luck for a wonderful season for your team! And, how FUN that you ran into Kevin and Layla ... are they not the sweetest couple?! I would've wanted a picture with them, for sure. :)
