If you’ve been following my blog you know all about what’s been going on with my mom. Thankfully, by this time next weekend, she should be all settled into her new home and I can get back to “normal” (whatever that is). This has been a really emotional time for everyone, not the least my mama, but she’s a trooper and is ready to bust out of the nursing home rehab and get settled in her new place. Lots of changes, but they will be for the best. I’m anxious to get back to some decorating projects around my house so I can share them with you all! Just bear (or bare – whatever – take your choice!) with me and I’ll see ya’ll in a week or so!

I am so happy you and your mom have each other. It sounds like she is adjusting very well which is quite a blessing. When everything seems overwhelming take a deep breath, and find your inner strength that is there waiting to get you through.
