Well, looking at my last few months it looks like I've already been taking a break and truthfully I have. We had a grandson born on 12/21 and I spent several weeks helping my daughter with him....then I got sick, husband got sick and I visit with my mom in her nursing home on an almost daily basis. Not making excuses but that's just how things are going at this stage of my life and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
I'm having major surgery tomorrow (2/23/15) and I will be out of commission for several weeks. I don't want to feel pressured to blog if I don't feel up to it so for now I'm going to just take it easy and get well.
If you feel inclined, I would really appreciate you saying a prayer for me tomorrow around 10:45 a.m. that everything goes well and my recovery is as smooth as possible. See you all later!

Do you think someone could either put up a short post or email me and I will let everyone know that you are doing okay? You know how we worry about each other.
Love to you- Diana

ReplyDeleteHi Judy, I just came over from Diana's and wanted to share that I will be praying for a speedy and easy recovery. I had a complete hysterectomy on the 9th, so know how tiring recovery can be. In fact, plan on taking daily naps. Hopefully Diana will keep us updated in how we can pray specifically.

Hope you feel better soon. I've been missing your posts but knowing you were having fun with your family.
ReplyDeleteJudy, I, too, have taken a temporary break from blogging and just saw this. I hope this finds you well on your way to a complete recovery from your surgery. Take care of yourself so you can enjoy Spring ... I feel it's truly on its way now that we've gotten all that awful winter weather behind us. I'll remember you in my prayers, my friend.
ReplyDeleteHoping you get this, Judy. Your comments don't come through my email anymore so I don't have a direct reply to you.
ReplyDeleteLove that your housekeeper ironed your hair...not judging at all- it was the 60s.
I do plan on doing more of these posts-it was fun to put it together.
I am so glad you are feeling better. Me, too. I have a Dr. appt tomorrow and hope that is the end of this all. Finally!!!quit coughing so that was the biggie.
Take good care of yourself. xo Diana
