Here’s a little peek at what’s happenin’ in the kitchen…..come back later in the week to get the tour.
The chalkboard wall has turned out soooo good and I have another little chalkboard project in there that I’ll also be sharing.
Tomorrow I’m taking my 93 year old mom for a Esophagagastroduodenoscopy (EDG). She’s been having some choking episodes for about a month and her GP has referred her for this procedure. Of course, putting anyone her age to sleep is always a risk….but she’s a tough one and has pulled through a broken arm and fractured hip in the past 2 years.
Judy, your chalkboard looks fabulous! The items you've chosen to hang look great together.
ReplyDeleteSure hope your mom does well. Keep us posted.
Love how the chalkboard wall turned out. Thought about your mom the other day. We just found out our 93 year old neighbor fell while visiting a friend in a hospital of all places. She broke both her arms! Mark's mom had some issues with her esophagus, but they wouldn't do surgery because of her age (she is 95). Praying for your mom!!
ReplyDeleteLooking good Judy...I love the chalkboard wall!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Hope your Mom is doing well and the diagnosis is positive.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I hope your mom came through fine and recovers well - and there are easily fixed issues going on.
ReplyDeleteSecondly - you just inspired me on what to do for my table! I have been trying to figure out a centerpiece for a long time. I just pulled an old tray out of hte garage last night to find a use for it - now I know! I will share later this week. :)
I love the chalkboard wall in your kitchen! It's a great look. Hope your mom did ok with those tests today.
ReplyDeleteI love your chalkboard wall Judy, I have been wanting to do one somewhere in my kitchen, I may have to finally give this a try. I am so sorry for all that your mom has been going though, prayers that she is ok and is feeling better.
